Karen has worked at Silsoe Pre-School since 2019 and is passionate about planning and delivering high-quality, ambitious and engaging early years education. Karen has the following qualifications:

Lynda Wilson - ASSISTANT MANAGER AND meadow room leader

Lynda joined the team in 2006 and has the following qualifications:

Tahmina haque - Pre-School Manager (MATERNITY LEAVE)

Tahmina is a highly qualified Pre-School Manager who brings to Silsoe Pre-School a wealth of experience. Along with her caring and nurturing disposition, Tahmina has over 20 years experience working within Early Years settings, many of which has been in a Manager role.

carlene Richards - forest room leader and EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR

Carlene joined the team in 2018 after gaining a wealth of experience working as a volunteer with early years children. Carlene has the following qualifications:

LUcy Goldie - forest room leader and EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR

In October 2016 Lucy joined us an an experienced practitioner who has been working with children in local schools and nurseries since 2005. Lucy has the following qualifications:

Ann-Marie O'Mahoney - EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR

Ann-Marie is extremely creative and loves making things with the children and dressing up. She joined the team in September 2013 and has the following qualifications:

BETHANY CHILDS - EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR & PANCO

Bethany joined the team in 2020 with an already established background working within early years education. Bethany has the following qualifications:

haley ramsey - EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR & SENCO

Haley joined Pre-School in 2022 as a childcare practitioner and is also our SENCO. She has a wealth of experience as a support worker caring for young people with learning disabilities.

ANN-Marie Mcquarrie - EARLY YEARS EDUCATOR

Ann-Marie joined Pre-School in 2023 after developing a keen interest in child education and development following the birth of her own child. In 2021, Ann-Marie joined the Pre-School Management Committee and has participated in many local fundraising events. Through her time on the committee, she has gained a great insight in to how the Pre-School operates and so welcomed the opportunity to work directly with the children and the rest of the team.

Lucy joins the Pre-School with a variety of administration experience and is supporting the setting with all the administrative tasks, as well as answering the telephone and responding to emails enquiries.
